Returns Policy
We do accept returns on orders. But ALL products require to be in the same condition as it was sold in. Please send us an email stating the reason for return. Please note that to qualify for a refund, goods must be returned in unused and original condition/packaging. All returns are accepted up to 14 days. Once the return has been sent back to us, only then will a refund be initiated. The amount refunded will be the full amount of the order, less the cost of delivery. Customers will have to pay any returns postage charges. Due to safety reasons helmets will be subject to a full inspection upon return, any damage / scratches will deem the helmet unsaleable and the return will be refused. Any goods returned for exchange will be subject to a shipping charge for us sending the new size/colour etc.
Special Orders
Special Orders can not be returned under any circumstances once an order has been placed. ( *Top Cases may be subject to a handling fee*)
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers. All returns, regardless of reason, MUST be marked as a return for customs purposes. We are unable to make payment of any customs charged for returned goods. The right to cancel does not apply for consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of the United Kingdom and whose exclusive residence and address of delivery are located outside of the United Kingdom. Fulfilment of orders that are/or are being sent can not be cancelled once either in or about to be in transit. International Shipment can take up to 24hrs to fulfil also.
